From supervision to employee digitalization

Increasingly, workplaces are adopting measures that track and monitor the behavior of employees. From biometric check-ins to real-time productivity analysis, these measures raise questions about employee privacy and labor rights, among other issues. Before the digitalization era, workplace surveillance was limited to supervisors' observations in the office space.
