Daily habits to lower your risk of cancer
Lifestyle changes can make all the difference in preventing cancer

A study by the American Cancer Society reveals that certain daily habits can prevent the development of cancer by up to 42%. Smoking, excessive drinking, obesity, and an unhealthy diet are some of the habits that can trigger the illness. Although the principal causes are genetic, there are habits we can avoid or incorporate into our daily lives that help prevent and treat the illness.
