Everyone has the right to life, as well as the right to live in freedom and safety.

Everyone has the right to be free from torture and degrading, inhumane treatment or punishment.

Everyone has the right to be recognized as a person under the law, everywhere.

Article 7: Equality before the law -

According to article seven, everyone is equal under the law and has the right to equal protection without discrimination. Also, all are equally protected from discrimination and from any actions that encourage such discrimination.

Article 8: Right to remedy by a competent tribunal -

Everyone has the right to seek an effective remedy from competent national courts for actions that violate their fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution or law.

Article 9: Protection from arbitrary arrest, detention, or exile -

The ninth article states that no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention, or exile.

Article 10: Right to fair public hearing -

Everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal.

Article 11: Right to be considered innocent until proven guilty -

Everyone charged with a criminal offense has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Article 12: Right to privacy -

Everyone has the right to privacy, including protection from unjust interference with their family, home, or correspondence, and from attacks on their honor or reputation.

Article 13: Freedom of movement -

Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. They also have the right to leave any country, including their own, and return at will.

Article 14: Right to asylum -

Everyone has the right to seek asylum in other countries to escape persecution. However, this right doesn't apply to prosecutions for non-political crimes or acts opposing the UN's principles.

Article 15: Right to a nationality -

Everyone has the right to a nationality and the freedom to change it.

Article 16: Right to marriage and family -

Men and women of full age have the right to marry and form a family, with equal rights in marriage.

Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.

Article 18: Freedom of thought, conscience, and religion -

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. This includes the right to change one's religion or belief, and to freely practice, teach, and express one's religion individually or collectively, both publicly and privately.

Article 19: Freedom of opinion and expression -

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. This includes the freedom to hold opinions without interference, and to seek, receive, and share information and ideas through any media, across all borders.

All people have the right to peacefully assemble and associate with others.

Article 21: Right to participate in government -

Everyone has the right to participate in their country's government, either directly or through elected representatives, and to access public service equally. Government authority must reflect the people's will through free, fair elections.

Article: 22: Right to social security -

Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and economic, social, and cultural rights essential for dignity.

Everyone has the right to work, receive equal pay, be protected against unemployment, and form or join trade unions.

Article 24: Right to rest and leisure -

The 24th article states that everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25: Right to adequate living standard -

Everyone has the right to an adequate standard of living, including food, housing, healthcare, and social services, with security in cases of hardship. Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care, and all children receive equal protection.

Article 26: Right to education -

Everyone has the right to education, which should be free at least in the elementary stages. Technical, professional, and higher education should be accessible based on merit. Education should also promote human development, respect for rights, and global understanding.

Article 27: Right to participate in cultural life -

Everyone has the right to freely participate in the cultural life of the community, enjoying the arts and sharing in scientific advancement.

Article 28: Right to a social and international order -

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in the declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29: Duties in the community -

We all have a duty to other people, and we should protect and respect their rights and freedoms.

Article 30: Freedom from state or personal interference -

Nothing in this Declaration shall be interpreted as granting any State, group, or individual the right to engage in activities or acts that aim to destroy any of the outlined rights and freedoms.
