According to the survey, Generation Z overall saw the biggest improvement in their mental health post-pandemic, while Millennial men fared better than Millennial women. Only 26% of women 45 and older said their mental health had improved post-pandemic, compared to 38% of the total American population.
Half of surveyed New Yorkers (50%) said their mental health has changed for the better, making New York City the top US city with the most improvement in mental health since the pandemic.

According to the survey, 44% of Minneapolis residents indicated that their mental health had improved since the pandemic.
Results from the survey showed that 44% of respondents from Atlanta said their mental health was in a better place since the pandemic, making it the city with the fifth most improved mental health.
In Des Moines, 43% of respondents indicated that their mental health had changed for the better since the pandemic.
The Hims & Hers survey concluded that 43% of respondents from Sacramento felt their mental health had improved since the pandemic.
Survey results showed that 49% of Omaha residents had improved since the COVID-19 pandemic, putting the city in second place.
With 45% of residents indicating their mental health changed for the better, Albuquerque was the US city with the third most improved mental health since the pandemic.
As per the Hims & Hers survey, 42% of St. Louis residents felt their mental health had changed for the better since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the survey, 42% of New Orleans respondents felt their mental health had improved since the pandemic.
Out of all the people who responded from San Francisco, 42% indicated that their mental health had changed for the better since the pandemic.
Survey results showed 42% of Pittsburgh residents said their mental health had improved since the pandemic.
According to the survey, 42% of San Diego respondents said they saw an improvement in their mental health since the pandemic.
Out of all the people from Houston who responded to the survey, 42% indicated their mental health had improved since the COVID-19 pandemic.
In Birmingham, 42% of respondents to the survey indicated their mental health had improved since the COVID-19 pandemic.
In Louisville, 42% of people who responded to the survey said their mental health had seen positive changes since the pandemic.
In Memphis, 40% of respondents indicated their mental health had changed for the better since the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to 41% of Seattle residents, their mental health had improved since the pandemic.
In Greenville, 39% of residents who responded to the survey said their mental health had changed for the better since the COVID-19 pandemic.
In Little Rock, 40% of residents said their mental health had improved since the pandemic.
In Miami, 39% of residents who responded to the survey said their mental health had improved.
In Philadelphia, 39% of residents who responded to the survey believed their mental health had changed for the better since the COVID-19 pandemic.
